Our criminal justice system can only be as good as the people who participate in it. Over her career, Catherine has worked to educate jurors, officers, prosecutors, parole/probation education providers, and defense attorneys. More active than ever before, Evans has been a guest speaker at local, state and national events since 2007.

Evans ran a “Change Through Intervention” intensive probation for at-risk probationers from 2013-2018. Working closely with clients and their officers to address mental health and addiction issues. Preventing future offenses can be reduced with proper education and devotion to change.

With experience as both a judge and prosecutor, Evans has the capacity to evaluate client cases thoroughly and anticipate challenges. As a boutique law firm, Evans chooses to handle only a very small number of cases each year in order to provide personal and tailored legal services to all of her clients.
