Over her career, Catherine has worked to educate jurors, officers, prosecutors, parole/probation education providers, and defense attorneys. More active than ever before, Evans has been a guest speaker at local, state and national events since 2007.

Evans ran a “Change Through Intervention” intensive probation for at-risk probationers from 2013-2018. Working closely with clients and their officers to address mental health and addiction issues. Preventing future offenses can be reduced with proper education and devotion to change.
